Our homes are consciously built with your health in mind. It’s all about paying attention to the details. Ducts are covered during construction so that construction dust does not enter your ventilation systems, and we’ve done the background research on products so that you don’t have to.
Insulation
We use blown cellulose insulation in our walls, made from recycled newspaper. According to an NTP health study on it, less than 0.1% of its particles are respirable during the actual installation.
Should you opt for a cathedralized ceiling using polyurethane foam, post-installation exposure yields few risks.
Paint
Home interiors are painted with Dunn Edwards’ Versaglow, an unltra-low VOC semi-gloss paint that has no reportable hazardous ingredients.
Flooring
Our standard, luxury vinyl plank flooring by ProTek is phthalate-free.
The Tuftex carpets found in our homes are Green Label Plus, which ensures that you are purchasing the lowest emitting carpet, adhesive and cushion products on the market.
Fireplace
Heat and Glo fireplace inserts are sealed so that all gasses are transported outside.
